Privacy policy

This site collects the bare minimum: what you write yourself in the contact form. Nothing else is recorded for commercial purposes.

01

Data controller

The data controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection is the publisher of this site, identified in the legal notice.

Any question about your data can be sent to contact@purplelab.ch.

02

Data you send

When you use the contact form, the information you enter — name, email address, company, deadline, services required and project description — is sent to the data controller in order to handle your request.

This data is used solely to reply to you and to prepare a quote. It is never sold, rented, or used for unsolicited prospecting.

It is kept for the duration of the exchange and, if a quote is accepted, for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting records. You may request its deletion at any time.

03

Message delivery

Messages sent from the form are delivered by Resend, Inc., a transactional email provider, which relays them to the controller’s inbox. Resend processes this data as a processor, solely for the purpose of delivery.

If you would rather avoid that intermediary, write directly to contact@purplelab.ch — the email then leaves from your own mailbox.

04

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any host, Vercel records technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type) required for the operation and security of the service. These logs are retained for a limited time by the host and are not analysed by the publisher.

Vercel may transfer data outside Switzerland and the European Union; such transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

05

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no trackers for profiling.

No analytics tool is installed at this time. Should privacy-respecting analytics be added, this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, your consent will be collected beforehand.

The site uses your browser local storage for one purpose only: remembering that the opening animation has already been seen during your session. That information never leaves your device.

06

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where the European regulation applies, the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@purplelab.ch. You will receive a reply promptly.

You may also contact the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
